Delphi's Compuserve forums allow file sizes up to a maximum of 500,000
bytes.  NWLib.zip has grown in size to 512,000 bytes, so the forum 
moderators will no longer accept our complete archive.

To decrease the size of the evaluation, we have removed the NWLib
Help system from this distribution.
